We all know that abandoned children face enormous challenges every day. They struggle to survive without adequate access to education, healthcare, and safety.
Take Sahban or Aban (12), for example, the eldest of two siblings. His parents divorced when he was still young. After the separation, he lived with his father and younger sister. He lives in very distressing conditions. He is abandoned and unable to attend school. In fact, Sahban is often exploited by his father. He is frequently abused and forced to steal. It is not uncommon for him to experience physical violence from his father as well.
Sahban is not alone; there are over 200 orphaned and abandoned children being cared for at Peduli Anak Foundation. They grow up without or separated from their families. This situation drives the Peduli Anak Foundation to continuously strive to provide the love and basic needs for these children.
Chaim Fetter (from the Netherlands) has made efforts to establish the Peduli Anak Foundation. He hopes that through this foundation, abandoned children like Aban can receive help. He even went so far as to sell his assets in the Netherlands to build the Peduli Anak Foundation in Lombok. However, to continue providing a decent life and education for these less fortunate children, Chaim cannot do it alone.
Therefore, it is time for you to take part as an agent of change and help Chaim realize a better life and bright future for these children. Through the Peduli Anak Foundation, we strive to improve their living conditions by providing safe housing, access to education, healthcare, and nutritional food.
