Bonjour! French Class Returns to Peduli Anak

We are thrilled to announce that French class is back at Peduli Anak! This language program, which was first introduced by previous French volunteers last year, is now being continued with enthusiasm and dedication by our current French volunteers—Matis, Alan, and Matis.

Their excitement in teaching is matched by the enthusiasm of our children, who are eager to learn a new language and explore French culture.

A Fun and Interactive Learning

The French class is held three times a week in the afternoon, with around 10 children actively participating. The atmosphere in the class is lively, with the children eagerly asking questions and practicing new words and phrases. For them, learning French is not just about mastering a new language—it’s an exciting journey of discovery.

One of the students, Novi, shared her thoughts on the class, “I’m so happy to learn French! It’s really fun to know how to speak in a new language, and the volunteers are very patient in teaching us. I hope I can speak more fluently one day!”

A Hope for Continuation

Alan, one of the volunteers, also expressed his joy in teaching the children, “Seeing the children so excited to learn our language is an incredible experience. We hope this class will continue even after we leave so that more children can learn French and discover our culture.”

Indeed, both the children and the volunteers hope that this class will continue for a long time and be carried on by future volunteers. Learning a foreign language at a young age can boost cognitive skills, improve memory, and open up future opportunities for the children.

Merci for Sharing Your Knowledge!

We are incredibly grateful to Matis, Alan, and Matis for their time, effort, and passion in teaching French. Their willingness to share their knowledge and culture has created a meaningful and enjoyable experience for the children at Peduli Anak.

We hope this French class will inspire our children to dream bigger, explore new cultures, and embrace learning as a lifelong journey. Merci beaucoup to our amazing volunteers for making this possible!
