At Peduli Anak, the health and well-being of our children are always a priority. This year, we continued the HIV testing program that began last year. The public health care medical staff visited our center again to complete testing for the 10 remaining children who did not get tested last time.

While some of our children seemed nervous when the medical staff prepared to take their blood samples, they still showed courage. Each child faced the test bravely, and the process went smoothly for everyone. We are proud of how strong they were during this important health check.

This HIV test is part of a government program aimed at ensuring that all children in Indonesia are free from HIV. We are pleased to share that all of our children at Peduli Anak are healthy and have tested negative for HIV.

Ms. Nyoman, our nurse at Peduli Anak, shared her thoughts on the program: “This testing is very important to make sure the children stay healthy. We are thankful that all of our children are safe and free from HIV. Programs like this help us monitor their health and give them the best care possible.”

We are grateful for the support of the public health care team and for the bravery of our children. This program helps us continue to provide a safe and healthy environment for all the children at Peduli Anak.
